Summer access 1.9 miles by trail on foot, horseback, or motorized vehicle less than 50 inches wide. Winter access 3.1 miles from Trail Creek Road/Newman Creek Road junction via snowmobile, skies, or snowshoes. Winter access varies with snow conditions.
Directions: Located 20 miles southwest of Livingston. Proceed south of town on Highway 89 to Trail Creek Road Forest Access. Turn west on West Pine Road and proceed approximately 9 miles to the parking area. Travel beyond this point is restricted to vehicles 40 inches wide or less. The distance by trail from the parking area to the cabin is 3 miles.
