The cabin rentals area is located within the vast, lush Flathead National Forest of Northwestern Montana with it's soaring mountains, lakes, waterfalls and wildlife with hiking, fishing, hunting, swimming and more! (70 miles to Glacier Park ).The Swan Valley is famous for it's beauty, wildlife and having the entrance points of two Wilderness Areas. The huge Bob Marshall and the lesser known but no less majestic Mission Mountain Wilderness. This valley is bordered by the Swan Mountains and the rugged Missions. There are countless lakes and creeks all over the valley for fishing and the Swan River which is just 1/4 mile from the cabin rentals and numerous hiking trails within 15 minutes of the cabins. Great Montana hunting is a given in this valley with all the Montana game you could want. Swan Lake is just 15 miles up Highway 83 for swimming and fishing; Snowmobiling and Nordic skiing in the Winter. If after a long day in the outdoors you need a change, drive up to charming Bigfork (30 miles) and enjoy the fine dining, art galleries, Summer Theater, or Eagle Bend Golf Course, AND all the activities that giant Flathead Lake affords.
