Directions: To get to Elijah's Rest from Belgrade: Take the Belgrade exit off of Interstate 90. Take Montana Highway 85 south toward Yellowstone National Park until you reach the intersection of Montana Route 84 and US Highway 191. Make a right there onto Montana Route 84. Go straight onto 84 and follow it until it ends in Norris at the Junction of US Highway 287. There is a statue of a fly fisherman at this junction. Here you turn right onto Montana Highway 287 toward Virginia City. Proceed through Virginia City to the town of Alder. From Alder, Elijah's Rest is 2 miles. Take the thirdf exit on the left after you see the sign for Laurin. There will be a sign on the corner for St. Mary's Catholic Church. Take a right at the church sign and Elijah's Rest is one-tenth of a mile away on the right .To get to Elijah's Rest from Butte: Take Interstate 90 east to the Whitehall exit and turn right at the end of the ramp. Proceed to the T in the road and make a right on Montana Route 55. Stay on 41/287 to Twin Bridges. From Twin Bridges, continue straight on Montana Highway 287 to Sheridan. From Sheridan, Elijah's Rest is 8 miles south. After you pass the sign for Laurin make the next right at St. Mary's Church sign, then take the next right. Elijah's Rest is one-tenth of a mile away on the right .To get to Elijah's Rest from Dillon: Take Montana Route 41 east or north to Twin Bridges and turn right onto Montana Highway 287. From Twin Bridges, stay on Montana Highway 287 to Sheridan. From Sheridan, Elijah's Rest is 8 miles south. After you pass the sign for Laurin make the next right at the sign for St. Mary's Church, then take the next right.
